Katie's team, The Cape House, is among the top 3 percent of producers on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, but she didn't start there. Pregnant with her fourth child, Katie started in the industry just as the country plunged into a recession. Forced to work with an almost non-existent budget, she built her business leveraging established relationships and building new ones. Today, The Cape House clients still find her almost exclusively by word of mouth, which yields business that's not only profitable but also deeply gratifying. Katie is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer.
