Julianne Heller is a Data Scientist at the National Association of REALTORS within the Research Department’s Data Science Team. Her main responsibilities revolve around developing machine learning models that help explain and predict trends in membership engagement and growth. Julianne’s goal is to communicate results in a way that tells a story with the data, assist in answering business problems, and aid to support insight driven decision making aligned with NAR’s core values. Previous to her time at NAR, Julianne worked as a Data Analyst at the American Medical Association. Julianne holds a BS and MS in Applied Statistics and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Loyola Chicago.
