After serving in the United States Air Force, Jairo initially looked into real estate as an investor, but soon realized that becoming a Realtor was far more fulfilling. But like many new agents, breaking into the business was not easy.
His first listings were from cold calling FSBOs. When most would give up, Jairo pushed forward and built a business in just a few years.
With the passion and drive that the military instilled in him, he has dedicated himself to be involved at all levels within the Realtor® organizations, and serves as the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors® (NCJAR) President-Elect, Director at New Jersey Realtors® (NJR), Chairman of the Young Professionals Network and serves on the NAR Meetings and Conference Committee.
