Over her career, Ginni Field has served as EVP of leadership development for an international real estate franchise sales company and branch manager for multiple real estate franchises in two states. Field continues to teach National Association of REALTORS® designation and certification programs for real estate associations throughout the United States. She also works with small real estate companies in consulting relationships and with real estate professionals in one-on-one coaching. She began her real estate career in the mid-80s in Connecticut as a sales associate and was recruited to manage for a multiple-office real estate firm in January of 1989, remaining in branch management for major real estate companies until 2009. Field has been a real estate and life coach as well as mentor since 1990. She feels her greatest asset is her ability to connect to her clients and help them discover their greatest potential. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
