Daniel Weaver is the Enforcement Branch Chief for Region I in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (HUD). He oversees and supervises all of HUD's civil rights investigations for the six New England states. He has investigated or settled hundreds of Fair Housing Act investigations all over the country from downeast Maine to the Gulf Coast to the Rocky Mountains. He was HUD's investigator that handled the investigation of a Fair Housing Act case that the U.S. Attorney's office in Mobile, Alabama settled in December 2010 for 1.25 million dollars. Daniel joined HUD in September 2006.
