The 2018 REALTORS® Conference & Expo mobile app can sync with your online Event Planner. Set up your online planner at www.Conference.realtor (in any web browser, except Internet Explorer) by clicking Conference Schedule, Governance Meetings, Expo Activities or Tours pages to access the event you’d like to add to your planner.
Then simply sign in (if you already have a planner) or create a new one:
Then, check the boxes next to events you want to attend before clicking “Add selected events to Event Planner” button at the top/bottom of the page:
Then click “View your Event Planner” at the top to view your schedule and add personal events:
To sync your new Event Planner to the mobile app, launch the 2018 REALTORS® Conference & Expo app on your mobile device, and choose the “My Event Planner” icon at the bottom of the dashboard. Enter your username and email address to sync. The app will let you know your sync has been successful and will refresh automatically, bringing you back to the dashboard. Open the “My Schedule” dashboard icon to see registered events pre-populated and “synced” to the mobile app.
*IMPORTANT NOTE* Your username and email address are case sensitive. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact email@example.com.
If the Event Planner sync to the mobile app is unsuccessful, a “Profile Not Found” notice will appear.
Should this occur, please be sure that the same username entered to set up the Event Planner from the conference website, as well as the same email address, are being entered. As a reminder, this information is case sensitive, so if an account was established with the username: janesmith, but an attempt to login on the mobile app used JaneSmith, the app will not successfully sync.
If the login is successful, but the corresponding schedule is not syncing, please note that changes made online can take up to 24 hours to import in to the app. This frequency will increase closer to the meeting. We recommend establishing an Event Planner schedule in advance of the 2018 REALTORS® Conference & Expo, so that the most accurate, up-to-date information will be reflected on the mobile app onsite.
